SHIPPING & RETURN

Netherlands

For shipments within the Netherlands, we charge a standard shipping fee of €6.

For orders over €60, shipping is free!

Belgium
 
For shipments to Belgium, the standard shipping fee is €8.

If you place your order before 5:00 PM, it will be shipped on the same day. Delivery with Post NL takes 1-2 business days (depending on the workload at the Post Office). This applies to both, the Netherlands and Belgium.

Once your order has been shipped with Post NL, you will receive an email containing a track and trace code. You can also find the track & trace page under the “Shipping and Returns” section

You can return your item within 14 days after receiving it.

PLEASE NOTE: This is at your own expense.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition as you received it. This means unworn and unwashed, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.

The return form (filled out) must also be included (you can download it here).

After downloading and completing the return form, place it in the bag with the items you are returning. You can now send the package.

Once we have received your return, it will be processed within one week. The purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days after we receive the return. Depending on your bank, the registration of your refund with KLARNA may also take up to 14 days.

Before shipping, every item is thoroughly inspected for any damage or manufacturing defects. However, if you find that your item is damaged or defective upon receipt, please contact us immediately by email at info@maddamfl.nl. This also applies if you have received the wrong item.

We will then assess the issue and look for an appropriate solution. In this case, you obviously do not have to pay for the return shipping costs.
